Return/Refund Policy

We work hard to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase. In the event you are unhappy with our products for any reason, please email us directly at manager@ferlicfilter.com  to receive a RMA number and return shipping label. Ferlic Filter values your business and will ship a replacement or issue a full refund / credit for the products returned.  

Warranty

Ferlic Filter LLC warrants products that it manufactures to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year commencing from the date of shipment. Ferlic Filter LLC’s sole responsibility is to replace any part of the product that proves defective during this time limit. This warranty is void if the product is abused or modified by the customer or is used in any application other than that for which it is specified. This warranty does not include shipping damage, damage from misuse, intentional or unintentional abuse, neglect, natural disasters, or acts of God.

Ferlic Filter LLC expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied or implied by statute, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for intended use. Ferlic Filter LLC is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages arising out of the purchase or use of the products supplied by Ferlic Filter LLC. Ferlic Filter LLC is not liable for damage to facilities, other equipment, products, property or personnel of others, or of their agents, suppliers, or affiliated parties, which is caused or alleged to have been caused by products supplied by Ferlic Filter LLC.

Shipping Policy

All in stock cassette covers will be shipped next business day via UPS / FedEx Ground from our warehouse in St. Paul, MN.  Hardware and freight shipments will be shipped within five (5) business days from our warehouse in St. Paul, MN.  In the event a product cannot ship according to these timelines, Ferlic Filter LLC will communicate with each buyer / purchasing agent directly and update estimated ship dates and tracking information.
